Leaving a high-control religious system is no small thing. It can unearth grief, disorientation, and a deep ache for something true.
If you’re navigating that terrain—the unraveling of what once held everything—this space was created for you.
I offer 1:1 coaching for folks recovering from the impacts of fundamentalism, spiritual abuse, and identity suppression. Our work is rooted in presence, not performance—and centered around your wholeness, not your wounds.
In our sessions, we’ll gently explore:
What you believe now, and what still lingers from before
How you relate to your body, your intuition, your voice
What safety and agency look like in your relationships and inner world
The sacredness of your grief, your anger, your becoming
Our time together unfolds over twelve weeks—six sessions, paced to honor your nervous system and capacity. It's trauma-informed, spiritually integrated, and tailored to you.
This work blends somatic practices, mindset expansion, and relational healing—not to “deconstruct” faster, but to help you rebuild trust in yourself.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. And you don’t have to navigate this alone.
Sliding-scale pricing is available because access matters. And if your body says “maybe,” you’re invited to book a free feeler call—no pressure, just space to connect and explore.
You deserve support that sees the whole of you—messy, brilliant, uncertain, wise.
Let’s walk this part together.
